Returns & Withdrawal

You can request your withdrawal or return electronically through our customer account area. To do so, you will need the email address you used to place your order. You will then receive a confirmation code by email.

After submitting your request, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt. Your request will then be reviewed by us. A refund is not issued automatically, but only after review and in accordance with our return policy.
