Morrigan Necklace Silver

Unfortunately, I have to say I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience, particularly because it feels like misleading marketing on your side. Both on your website and across your social media, the presentation strongly suggests that the jewelry comes in a refined, aesthetically designed box or packaging. Instead, what I received was a very basic cardboard package, and on top of that, it was poorly secured.
Only after the fact did I come across information (in Instagram comments!) stating that you are “gradually” introducing improved packaging across your product lines, not only in the solid gold collection. This is not something that was clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
To be honest, the unboxing experience felt closer to ordering low-cost items, which is clearly not the expectation your branding sets. The overall experience is simply not aligned with the image and standards you present.
To be fair, the necklace itself is beautifully made and I’m very happy with the quality of the product, no issues there.

The necklace is well made and I do love The Morrigan design even though the details are quite small on the pendant. Would I prefer a slightly larger pendant so as to see the details more clearly? Probably. I am happy with this one however ... It's also good to see an Irish Goddess !
