Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.  ;

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@vermaye.com< span data-mce-fragment="1"> contact. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time at info@vermaye.com contact.

However, since we are a start-up, we cannot pay for the return shipping. 
Send us an email stating the reason for return to info@vermaye.com. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

"You bear the direct costs of returning the goods."

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.



Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.



Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
